Postural tachycardia syndrome sometimes, or POTS, can cause a variety of symptoms, amongst right-sided rib pain. This pain is commonly felt on the side and intensifies when upright. While POTS itself doesn't directly influence the ribs, several factors contribute to this painful sensation. Thi
